Lissa
Corona has been making work that is meant for a specific audience
and space. All of the work produced over the last three years
has been shown in her parent's home in Temecula, and each work
is intended for a specific family member. The two works shown
have been "exhibited" in her teenage brother's gameroom.
The paintings are meant to be a constant reminder of Lissa's presence,
even if Daniel attempts to avoid her. In addition to these paintings,
Lissa has also created t-shirts, socks and underwear with her
face on them, which Daniel now wears regularly.
